Anna Peters is a scientist with over 10 years of experience in next-generation sequencing. Prior to joining the lab, she led high-throughput sequencing operations at Ginkgo Bioworks, where she focused on scaling NGS services, developing robust, automated workflows, and improving efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Anna’s expertise spans a range of sequencing platforms and applications, including microbial whole genome sequencing, amplicon sequencing, and long-read nanopore sequencing. Anna is passionate about building well-organized, collaborative lab environments to enable high quality research.
